Victory Korea, Leading the ESPN's World Cup-inspired Songs Poll


Entertainment Sports Programming Network (ESPN), an American sports cable channel that features not just sport events in America, but also the big sport events across the globe acknowledged Korea's 2010 FIFA World Cup Song to be on its top11 in ESPN.com.

Super Junior who sang the hit song Victory Korea for the 2010 FIFA World Cup captures a lot of attention around the globe. Among all the World Cup-inspired songs, Victory Korea is leading the vote with 87.8% out of 2,959 votes as of 1:17 PM of June 11, 2010 manila time (still counting every minute) against the official World Cup song, Waka Waka by Shakira, a Colombian super star.

Victory Korea was performed by five out of thirteen Super Junior Members. The five members were: Leeteuk, Yesung, Shindong, Sungmin and Eunhyuk. If you haven't seen Super Junior's Victory Korea MV, watch it straight from here!

U-Kiss LIVE in Party Pilipinas on Sunday!

This Sunday (June 13), Party Pilipinas offers another exciting Sunday afternoon as it unfolds its Philippine Independence Day special celebration.

Dubbed as "Pula...Bughaw...Dilaw...The Philippine Independence Day Special," Party Pilipinas will deliver non-stop Pinoy entertainment from start to finish for three solid hours.

Beginning at 12.30 pm, viewers should not miss the opening number of Party Pilipinas cast led by the Bad Boy of the Dance Floor Mark Herras, Rocco Nacino, Elmo Magalona, Sarah Labahti, Diva Montelaba, Steven Silva, Enzo Pineda, Sef Cadayona, Wynwyn Marquez and Yassi.

Aside from this one-of-a-kind grand opening number, Party Pilipinas pays tribute to the icons of the music industry such as Eraserheads, Hagibis, Aegis, and Ogie Alcasid as well as the songs of Bamboo, Kuh Ledesma and Freddie Aguilar. The Independence Day special of Party Pilipinas will also feature cultural dance numbers like pandango sa ilaw, maglalatik, tinikling and carinosa.

Also, Elmo Magalona will have a special production number as he pays tribute to his father, the late Master Rapper Francis Magalona. Plus, a special showdown from divas and crooners of Party Pilipinas—Regine Velasquez, Jaya, Jay-R, Kyla, Rachelle Ann Go, Jennylyn Mercado, Julieann San Jose, Mark Bautista, Janno Gibbs, Dennis Trillo, Kris Lawrence, Gian Magdangal, Geoff Taylor, Miguel Escueta, Joshua Desiderio together with XLR8, Eurasia and Pop Girls.


Completing the Independence Day celebration will be Korean boy band U-KISS. Also known as the Ubiquitous Korean International (Idol) Super Star, this group is behind the songs "Man Man Ha Ni" and "What."


Catch the special freedom day revelry of Party Pilipinas this Sunday live from the GMA Network Studios. Party starts at 12.30 pm after the Kapuso Movie Festival.

EunHae after winning the Trophy for the Third Time in Music Bank

SS501 Comeback Stage (Music Bank)



After waiting for so long, SS501 is now back! They have just did their comeback stage in Music Bank earlier today. They performed their latest single, "Love Ya" and "Let Me Be the One".

The fans can't help but to scream out loud for the boys. Fans surely missed this fascinating group. Not bad, the boys just satisfied the thirst of each fans after their comeback stage.

The fast growing population of KPOP groups can't be deny. Earlier today in Music Bank, another KPOP girl group under Starhip Entertainment just had their debut, and they are called SISTAR! They performed their single, "Push! Push!"

Super Junior Rocks Music Bank



Even without Kyu Hyun, Super Junior remains unstoppable earlier in Music Bank. The boys perform BONAMANA and won the crown again for the third time in a row.
